  • Do I need to know about AI to use the platform?

    Not at all. You start by creating an agent, you pre-configure the language and speech tone, provide some instructions on how to talk to your customers, and you're good to go.

  • How does it work?

    You configure your calendar and availability slots. The agent will then remember those settings and once a call is made or received, it will search for a free time that works for your customer. Once the customer provided the contact information, the agent will store that meeting in the calendar.

  • Can I sync my calendar with the platform?

    Definitely! Our platform currently supports Google and Outlook integrations for events syncing between calendars

  • How does the agent know about the time availability?

    You'll have an admin section in which you configure the daily availability for the days of the week. From there, you can pick different time ranges depending on your specific needs. You'll also be able to define a slot duration and how many meetings per slot you'd like to have.
